Crostini Bar

Sliced ciabatta, breadsticks, crackers, and toasted crostini served with sweet and savory spreads and accompaniments for a do-it-yourself, mix-and-match crostini station. Guests will be encouraged to get creative and combine any station ingredients to build their own personalized crostinis based on their flavor palette. Station to include (but not limited to): assorted oils and vinegars mixed with fresh herbs for dipping, fresh summer herb pesto, tomato pesto, roasted tomato jam, olive tapenade, fresh bruschetta, herbed goat cheese, and hummus. Enhance your station with beef tallow edible candles!

Pickle Bar

This rustic station features a wide variety of pickled vegetables for a straight from the farm feel. Most frequently this station includes pickled cucumbers, beets, dilly beans, and more. We love to include any special pickling requests you may have!

Guacamole and Salsa Bar

Housemade guacamole, fresh pico de gallo, salsa verde, and corn salsa served with colored and scoop corn chips. Enhance this station with a complete array of nacho fixings, an action chef, or our hibiscus margaritas.

Tuscan Station

Chef’s choice of cheese wheels accompanied with assorted cubed cheese, pepperoni, sopressata, salami, a variety of spreads including bacon jam, caponata, and pepper jelly. Crackers, crostini, breads, fresh fruit, berries, and olives as well as assorted pickles are also included in the display. Miniature cutting boards are provided for build-your-own mini charcuterie boards!

Chip Station

Golden-fried potatoes, sweet potatoes, and plantains are hard to beat!

Let your guests top their own chips with their favorite sweet, savory, or spicy flavors. Then guests can choose from a variety of sprays and sauces to enhance the outstanding flavor of their chips! Flavors from BBQ and cajun, to ranch and a Sriracha remoulade.
