Jolene Brugaletta Leads our Venues
After two unforgettable years as our fearless Production Coordinator, Jolene is officially stepping into her new role as Venue Director. From day one, it was clear she was on a path to grow—bringing deep industry knowledge in catering and restaurant management, and quickly expanding that expertise into venue strategy. Her trajectory is exactly what we champion at Partyman: driven by curiosity, shaped by collaboration, and supported by a team that sees and believes in each other’s potential.
We’ve always believed that when you know the people you work alongside—and truly want them to succeed—everyone rises. Jolene’s next chapter reflects that shared belief: stronger teams, bigger dreams, and a whole lot of heart. Whether you’re curating a menu or leading a venue tour, it all works better when we grow together. She’s the kind of leadership that reminds us why we show up, and what’s possible when we do.

In 2026, our team is heading to Catersource—one of the industry’s leading conferences—to keep learning, connecting, and finding fresh ways to elevate the work we love. We’re also proud to have team members helping facilitate this year’s MIBE Conference, continuing our commitment to community, collaboration, and bringing big ideas to the table.
These moments matter. Not just for the knowledge we bring back, but for the reminder that we’re part of something bigger—an industry that’s always evolving and a team that’s always ready to grow with it.
We’ll keep upgrading our menus, expanding our bar and beverage service options, and evolving guest interactions because your experience deserves more than a meal. It deserves a memory from a team that truly cares. We can’t wait to share what amazing things our team has been working on for 2026 and beyond.
But most importantly, we’ll keep doing what we’ve always done: showing up for our clients, our community, and each other. One plate, one party, one person at a time.
