Where Timeless Elegance Met Summer Celebration in the Heart of the South Wedge.

Some wedding days feel like they were always meant for the space they occupy — and Taylor & Kaleb’s August 16th celebration was exactly that kind of story. The Historic German House glowed in full summer splendor, wrapping their day in warm lighting that seeped through the windows, vintage charm, and the kind of energy that makes a ballroom feel alive.

Landmark Locations in the Heart of Rochester

Kaleb and Taylor took some precious photos at The Warner Castle, just a 5-minute drive away. A hidden gem, that most know as the Sunken Gardens, provides the most gorgeous portraits for those wishing they could escape reality to the time of castles and run care-free through whimsical gardens. Another amazing Rochester Landmark, also recognized by the Landmark Society of Western New York.

From the moment guests stepped inside the venue, the atmosphere felt effortless and inviting. Their planning team included, our Venue Director to guide the journey, a Catering Coordinator that curated the menu and flavor experience, and an Event Lead orchestrating on-site with her signature upbeat calm — brought every moment together with intention. In (Event Lead) Madison’s words,

“Event was super smooth, went exactly according to the timeline and everyone seemed very happy. Multiple guests thanked us and it was a great event overall.”

And that energy carried through the entire night.

A Menu Built for a Summer Soirée

Taylor & Kaleb chose a menu that matched the mood of their day: fresh, vibrant, and full of crowd-pleasing favorites.

Stationed Appetizers welcomed guests with:

  • Domestic Cheese & Cracker Board
  • Fresh Fruit Board
  • Charcuterie Board

Dinner featured a customized twist on our Summer Soirée Buffet, including:

  • Chef-Carved Top Round *GF/DF
  • Chicken French
  • Tortellini Pasta Primavera *V
  • Roasted Potato Wedges *GF/Vg
  • Roasted Seasonal Vegetables *GF/Vg
  • Strawberry Spinach Salad *GF
  • Dinner Rolls

Guests with dietary needs were fully cared for with a Portobello entrée that was both vegan and gluten-free. As well as having Gluten-free Dinner Rolls for them to enjoy as well!

A cozy Coffee Bar closed the meal with warmth — perfect for that transition into dancing.

A Bar Experience With Personality

While their guest were enjoying their Premium Open Bar, they also created two signature cocktails, each one a little nod to Taylor & Kaleb:

  • The Golden Goose — vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, topped with club soda
  • Cranberry Coconut Splash — coconut rum, cranberry juice, and Sprite

Refreshingly summer-forward, undeniably “them.”
